At Carhartt Reworked, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if your pre-owned purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the same condition as received and include the original Reworked tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the Reworked identification tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
