What is your return policy for resale gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all Reworked purchases. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all Reworked tags still attached.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because Reworked items are unique pieces located in specialized processing centers, shipping times may vary slightly from standard Carhartt.com orders.

Can I trade in my old Carhartt gear for credit?

Yes! You can bring your pre-owned Carhartt items to participating retail stores. If they meet our eligibility requirements, you will receive a digital gift card to use on Carhartt.com or at Reworked.

Are Reworked items covered by the Carhartt Grounded Warranty?
